Membership Services & Benefits

The BWF is the voice of the UK Woodworking industry, and we work hard to support your business in every way. The guiding principle of the BWF is to provide support and guidance to woodworkers and joinery manufacturers to help them run a safe, compliant and successful business.

BWF members tend to cite the key benefits of membership as being the technical, business and H&S support and guidance that we provide. The extensive BWF publications library provides members with free-of-charge access to on-line resources covering topics such as machine safety, CE Marking and protecting your workforce from dust. We also provide ongoing practical guidance on the challenges and threats facing the industry, including Brexit and COVID-19.

Below is a summary of the key member services and benefits. To help bring this list to life, visit our ‘Why the BWF’ page where current members explain how they benefit from membership.
