Things are looking up in the windows market. In an encouraging sign for the windows installations, we have experienced the first quarter one growth in 10 years based on FENSA window and door notifications, arresting a long term decline. In the summary figures from FENSA it shows the doors market out-performing slightly the overall window sector. Whilst figures are a long way of their peak in the early 2000’s, this is an encouraging green shoot indicating that the recovery is moving beyond new build housing.
