Helen has overall responsibility for the BWF’s operations and direction.
Kevin represents the BWF and our members on a wide range of industry technical standards committees and is the primary contact for member enquiries through our technical helpline.
Gary leads on all membership matters and oversees member compliance to the BWF Code of Conduct.
Gemma is the main point of contact for all BWF marketing and communications enquiries.
Ian is responsible for supporting BWF members with their ongoing training needs and works with other stakeholders to promote recruitment and develop high quality qualifications in our sector.
Tracey manages the finance department and the office. She is the main point for contact for general invoicing and other financial queries.
Stevie works alongside Kevin offering technical support, health and safety guidance and manages the BWF Code of Conduct audit process.
Nimesha works alongside Gemma and Cassie in the marketing team to look after the BWF’s digital platforms.
Cassie works alongside Gemma and Nimesha, and the wider BWF team in continuing to develop the external profile of the BWF.
Amanda supports Robert and Ian with all aspects of membership and training activities.
Carrie works alongside Tracey in the BWF office assisting with day to day and accounts queries.
